Getting A Grip On What's Just Out Of Reach

on the edge of my consciousness there is something ill-defined but reaching out to me somehow. beckoning for my attention the way a dream leaves us with impressions that we don't quite understand. it used to be something frustrating that while i tried my hardest to wrestle meaning from and some elements could be recovered that way, but the fragments rarely make cohesive sense.

it took some time, years of experiences that depended upon the way i allowed myself to interpret them. there are ways to glean more from these remnants of the scenes from our nocturnal travels.

both on my own, did I stumble into ways of unlocking memory, as well as little reminders given helpfully over years. old saws that were mostly ignored. on top of later help sought out from online sources giving information from many angles and outlooks from the realm of new age spirituality. none of it is what i'd call new either byt we can semantic later.

those that resonate with me are in a lot of ways not dissimilar to those sayings we may have heard growing up. like when a problem requires an urgent solution or action to what is escaping us. a lot of factors can conspire to cause us to feel anxiety and interfere with our ability to find the answers we need, we've been given the suggestion possibly, to drop it completely and sleep on it. or to go do something else and reset the mind, is one a devotèe of new age principles is likely to hear.

personally, none of it worked for me until i allowed myself to believe they would be effective recovery methods. i was unsure they'd work to recapture the details of a dream that feels significant, or to unlock the necessary ones to solve some issue that one'sexhausted every resource they could think of and become frustrated enough to give up. that amounts to surrender. the great liberator of ideas.

speaking for myself, i often find my heart rate and ire raised by various normal things all day every day. this is a signifier i can feel and track. it took some time to get to a place where i was able to register it before going off the deep end. doing that by the way, only impedes progress. not only in the situations where we're seeking solutions to specific problems. it can also get between us and raising our vibration. an easy enough thing to do usually, we can do it without thinking! we do it all the time when we sink our awareness into activities we love thinking about or doing.

if i may offer an opinion on the execution of the feel good vibes activity; keep it light fun and embrace the happy. it's less effective and affective to pursue low vibration activities.

not to dwell too much, but in doing things like trolling, doxxing or generally committing sabotage at all. in any form. those are by definition not constructive or helpful. the whole point is tearing down, demolition and as far as I'm concerned that is not the way.
